Youth Budget Advocacy Program

Health budget analysis and advocacy training for civil society organisations. Sheila giving a presentation on how funds flow in the health sector right from top to the lower level.

Under this program, we build capacities of citizen’s especially female and male youth to effectively engage with duty bearers on current laws, policies, programs and budgets that affect them to meet their priorities and needs.

The Youth Go Budget mobile application (Click HERE to Download App) is one of the tools that NAC in partnership with UYONET is using to mobilize and organize youth to meaningfully participate in budgeting processes and stimulate grassroots-led accountability, create platforms where youth and youth leaders can dialogue with the local government to ensure that economic/fiscal policies and budgeting processes are pro-youth, gender sensitive and sustainable.
